The Expendables was a disappointment. Obviously nobody expected good acting or a great script. But I was expecting a very fun movie and Expendables did not deliver that, with the exception of a few moments here and there.

Another thing that really annoyed me was the use of bad cgi blood and blades that looked really out of place. Unfortunately more and more movies are using cgi blood and it's just not working for me.

Well, it might have been the audience mentality (everybody was screaming during the movie), but honestly it seemed very genuine, like a Commando for the '10s: bad acting, worse script, evil dictators, explosions... I wouldn't say that about the camera though, it didn't seem shaky to me. Hope you'll like Inception better!

OK, so we went to check out the movie last night... err, boy did it suck! 7/10 ?! "You're 'avin a larf, aintcha?"
Look, I had no expectations for the film, but I was hoping to come out of it at least saying 'well at least it was fun' but really I would struggle to say it. Besides the obviously bad acting and flat script, the action wasn't even that good! With the extremely fast editing and shakey camera, it was impossible to tell who was fighting who. Anyway, if 'Inception' doesn't rock my socks off next Tuesday, i'm not going to the cinema anymore!

Darren Aronofsky is one of my favourite directors and one of the most promising filmmakers working today. His filmography, short though it may be, is filled with unique and amazing films. If this trailer is any indication, he will add another jewel to his collection.

Oh, and it has Natalie Portman making out with Mila Kunis. Yes. You read this right. Natalie Portman. Mila Kunis. Making out.

You probably misunderstood my excitement. When you 've seen films and played games and read books about how evil mega corporations in a cyberpunk setting rule the world in a distopian future and you realize that this future is not so far ahead then it is the equivalent of Sauron declaring war on EU. Something imaginary exiting only in fiction becomes a reality. Of course nobody would love that future. Personally i prefer dressed up in white robes and flying zeppelins above a country of funny looking people and japanese babes..a final fantasy type of utpian future... :-)

Ronnie James Dio was not only a giant of the rock and metal scene of the past 4 decades but he was also one of the nicest guys around. A true artist who sincerely loved the music and moved rock and metal forward.

I manage to sqeeze about 10-12 hours of play time from each AAA battery which is fair. I think summer beach camping is much harder to the electronic gear than any army camp cause of constant sand/water abuse.

The interface reamains as shity as the previous version. It's no ipod but it gets the job done(with some mild frustration)

I hope they have improved the UI for that mp3 player becuase in the previous versions it was extremely irritating to use.

Battery becomes an issue after long periods of inactivity, it seems to slowly drain it even if you don't turn it on.

My first one failed after a year or so (after a lot of abuse), the jack socket came loose and I bought another one during that trip. Managed to fix the first one when I got back home with a soldering iron.

Apart from that I think it's still the best choice for camping/military training missions (same thing really, init?).

It is seriously awesome. Gimme HD trailer now!
