It was somewhat incoherent with no story/character development. This fact though, due to the nature of the movie, did not bother me this much. I just saw it as a string of glimpses into a squad's life in Baghdadmastorakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12169125895923677390noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3421894077088956274.post-73418996017558038632010-03-12T02:31:47.266+02:002010-03-12T02:31:47.266+02:00After 5 days of media blockage I just finished wat...After 5 days of media blockage I just finished watching the awards.

ebenet pretty much covered everything I wanted to say. I enjoyed watching Kathryn Bigelow get the best director award although I do think that The Hurt Locker was a bit overrated and didn't deserve all of the Oscars it won. Oh well, it wouldn't be the Oscars if there were no injustices.

Quite a boring show too, this year, although there were many cool geeky moments (clip from Evil Dead 2 anyone?).Eraserheadxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14437933674006121173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3421894077088956274.post-82542875119846481052010-03-09T20:37:20.381+02:002010-03-09T20:37:20.381+02:00I has the answer: Demolition Man.I has the answer: Demolition Man.ebenethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08155911552466043943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3421894077088956274.post-80335464116971729292010-03-08T13:08:57.520+02:002010-03-08T13:08:57.520+02:00"personal opinion: Meryl Streep was robbed&qu..."personal opinion: Meryl Streep was robbed" - My thoughts exactly! Her performance in Julie and Julia was utterly convincing and you just completely forgot that it was Meryl Streep playing the character. I haven't seen the Sandra Bullock movie, but I can't recall a single film she has been in that has required her to 'act'.Hotshukhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13589245237377843509noreply@blogger.com
